Update the payment method

Change the card on file after a failed charge.

WhereCompany Dashboard → Billing

  1. Open Billing.

  2. Update the payment method.

  3. Retry the failed charge if the page offers it.

Change your planMove from Free or a trial to Basic or Pro, or between Basic and Pro, from Billing.
