Your agreement with VisionLink Technologies for using our digital business card platform

By accessing or using VisionLink Technologies' digital business card platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING

Subscription Tiers

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Refund policies vary by service type (see Cancellation and Refunds section below)
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

🚫 Physical Products
  • • Physical cards and accessories are non-refundable
  • • Once produced and shipped, physical items cannot be returned
  • • Please review your order carefully before completion

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

VisionLink's Rights

The VisionLink platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and proprietary technology, is owned by VisionLink Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to display, process, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service in accordance with these Terms. This license terminates when your account is closed or suspended.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionLink Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Technical failures or security breaches

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VisionLink Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
  • Your content or information shared through the platform
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your breach of applicable laws or regulations

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
